The resulting high-purity carbon nano-transistor is 1.9 times more conductive than a silicon transistor, and it is reported that this figure is expected to reach 5 times in the future. There are still some distances from the real application of carbon nano-transistors to the CPU. The research team must find a way to commercialize large-scale production for this purpose.
