Microsilicon powder, also called silicon ash or cohesive silicon ash, is a large amount of very volatile SIO2 and SI gas produced in the mineral heat furnace when ferroalloys are smelted ferrosilicon and industrial silicon (silicon metal), and the gas is discharged and rapidly oxidised with air to condense and precipitate. It is a by-product of large industrial smelting, and the whole process needs to be recovered with dust removal equipment, and because of its low density, it also needs to be encrypted with encryption equipment.
