    Most farmers who have bred buds know that it is most difficult to germination of seeds at low temperature, and the rate of germination is low. Now let's introduce a good method for seed germination in low temperature period.
Before germination, first soak the seeds in clear water, and the time for soaking different seeds is different. Generally, seeds such as loofah, gourd, and bitter gourd need to be soaked for 48 hours, and tomato seeds can be soaked for 24 hours. After the seeds are soaked, look for a foam box (the foam box for flat fashion dishes), first spread a wet cloth on the bottom of the box, then spread the seeds on a damp cloth, then cover the seeds with a damp cloth, and finally cover the top cover.
When the temperature is low, the light is insulated by a foam box, and the temperature does not reach the temperature required for seed germination. A light bulb should be set to raise the temperature. Specific measures: first make a small hole in the top cover of the foam box, and connect the wire through the top cover to connect a light bulb. The wattage of the bulb is determined according to the temperature. When the temperature is high, a 40 watt bulb can be set. When the temperature is low, a 60 watt bulb can be set. Generally, the length and height of the foam box are 40 cm, and the bulb should be about 20 cm away from the seed. Also insert a thermometer down the top of the foam box to allow you to observe the temperature inside the box at any time. Setting the bulb can effectively increase the temperature inside the foam box, which can generally reach 35 °C. Use this method to germination, the temperature is constant, the germination rate is above 90%, and one can urging 0.75~1 kg of seeds.
