The site is flat and clean. Any debris should be cleaned before construction.
Keep dry on the ground, where there are no irregularities, water pipes or conduits should be pre-grooved on the ground or drained along the walls.
3) The ground floor with the required waterproof layer or moisture barrier has been completed.

2. Floor heating system construction program
1) Check the paved area to confirm that it meets the construction conditions.
2) Clear the paved area.
3) Laying thermal insulation layer.
4) Laying a reflective layer.
5) Laying steel mesh.
6) Lay fixed heating cables according to design drawings.
7) Detect the nominal resistance and insulation resistance of the heating cable.
8) Fill the concrete filling layer as required (completed by the construction and decoration team).
9) Detect the nominal resistance and insulation resistance of the heating cable.
10) Install a warm thermostat.
11) Laying of floor decoration materials to complete the construction of the ground (completed by the construction and decoration team).
3. Floor heating system construction program
1) Laying thermal insulation insulation layer - Polystyrene insulation board is cleaned before laying, and then polystyrene insulation board is laid on a flat and clean structural surface. The floor heating system shall be laid clean and tidy, and there shall be no gap between the insulation boards, and be smooth with adhesive tape.
2) Laying Polyurethane Vacuum Aluminized Film When laying aluminized films, you must flatten and cover the entire insulation board and secure it with tape.
3) Wire mesh laid in the floor heating system The steel wire mesh is laid on the polyester vacuum aluminized film, and the joints are tied tightly with banding tapes, and the steel wire meshes should be overlapped and tied and fixed.
4) The heating cable in the floor heating system must be laid on the steel wire according to the requirements of the design drawings. The error is ≤±10mm, the minimum bending radius is 5 times the cable diameter, and the heating cable should be laid beautifully and flat. Do not promise to beat the heating cable.
Fixation method: Fix the heating cable on the wire mesh with a binding band;
Matters needing attention:
a) Before laying the heating cable in the floor heating system, use a multimeter and a rocker to measure the resistance and insulation resistance of the heating cable. Resistance depends on the type of heating cable, ranging from 20 to 1000 ohms; insulation resistance should be more than 2 megohms.
b) Do not install when the ambient temperature is below -5°C.
c) During the installation, the floor heating cable is hardened (due to the low ambient temperature). First, the coiled heating cable is dissipated, separated, and then heated up for a few minutes until it can be used. Never heat and heat the heating cable when it is still coiled.
d) If it is necessary to install in a place (toilet, door stopper, etc.) that may be damaged, it must take effective measures to protect the heating cable.
e) The heating cables must never be in contact with each other, cross or overlap. This will cause the heating cable to overheat and cause damage.
f) Heated floor heating cables must be separated from any flammables by 13mm (including flammable insulation) to ensure that fires are avoided.
g) If the total connected load power of the heating cable is greater than the maximum load power of the thermostat, the heating cable is controlled either by multiple thermostats or by intermediate relay connections.
h) The minimum spacing of single conductors is not less than 25mm, the maximum spacing is not more than 55mm; the minimum spacing of two conductors is not less than 50mm, and the maximum spacing is not more than 100mm.
i) The temperature control probe should be fixed between the cables, and the distance from the cable is not less than 2/3 of the average laying distance of the cables.
5) After the heating and heating cable test is laid, check whether the design meets the design requirements according to the drawings and check whether the resistance value and the insulation resistance value of each set of heating cables are normal by using the multimeter and the shaking table to ensure that the heating cable has no short circuit or open circuit. Then power-on detects the heating efficiency of the heating cable.
6) Fill the concrete filling layer (by the decoration team)
The thickness of the filling layer should be between 25mm-30mm and uniform. After pouring, the wooden tools should be used to lightly and badly, which should not be vigorously used. The filling layer in the floor heating system must not be stepped on within 48 hours after the completion of the filling layer. It is strictly prohibited to cut and reload on the ground.
7) Once the cable is tested again, fill the layers. After the construction is completed, use a multimeter and a shaker to test each cable to check whether the heating and heating cables are damaged during construction.
8) Laying of floor decoration materials (completed by the decoration team)
When laying floor decoration materials, it is forbidden to cut decorative materials in the area where heating cables are laid; it is forbidden to nail in areas with heating cables.
9) Test cable again After laying the floor decoration material, use a multimeter and a rocker to test each heating cable to check whether the heating cable is damaged during the construction of the floor decoration material.
10) The installation of the thermostat in the floor heating system shall be installed before the project is delivered for use so as not to damage; the installation and operation instructions of the floor heating controller shall prevail during installation;
The installation of the ground temperature sensor must comply with the relevant requirements of the Technical Standard for Heating Cables.
4〗 〖floor heating system to run and debug
1) The power-on commissioning must be started after the concrete filling layer has expired (usually 30 days).
2) When the heating cable heating system (floor heating system) is started and debugged for the first time, the system should be set to operate at a low temperature range of 5°C to 10°C for a period of time, and then the temperature is gradually increased until it reaches a comfortable temperature for heating.
3) The temperature controller's debugging should be carried out according to different types of thermostat installation instructions.
4) The system should be commissioned according to the "heating cable low-temperature radiation heating system operation regulation" implementation.
