Galvanized steel features:
1. Corrosion resistance:
The corrosion resistance of the "55% aluminum-zinc steel coil" comes from the barrier layer protection function of aluminum and the sacrificial protection function of zinc. When zinc is sacrificially protected in the trimming, scratching, and scratching of the coating, aluminum forms an insoluble oxide layer, which provides a barrier protection function. Al-Zn alloy steel coils have been subjected to outdoor exposure tests for more than 20 years in various atmospheric environments, confirming the trimming protection of 55% aluminum-zinc steel plates, and better than 5% aluminum-zinc steel plates.
2. Heat resistance:
The heat resistance of the plated 55% aluminum-zinc alloy steel plate is better than that of the galvanized steel plate, and the high-temperature oxidation resistance of the plated aluminum plate is similar. Al-Zn alloy steel plate can be used in high temperature environment up to 315 degrees.
3. Reflectivity:
Plated 55% aluminum-zinc alloy steel plate has a high reflectivity, making it a heat-resistant barrier; the heat reflectance of galvanized steel plate is almost twice that of galvanized steel plate, so it acts as a roof and inlay in the case of unpainted. The board can also achieve energy savings.
4. Paintability:
Due to the excellent adhesion between the zinc coating and the paint of the galvanized steel sheet, when used as a sign board for general purposes, it can be painted without pretreatment and weathering treatment; and the galvanized steel sheet needs weathering treatment and pretreatment .
