For the achievements made in clean energy, Sun Yucai said that China has actively encouraged the development of clean energy, renewable energy laws and other laws and regulations, and the continuous improvement of supporting policies such as fiscal price taxation, which has injected a powerful impetus for the development of clean electricity.

In clean energy, hydropower still occupies a major position. The reporter learned that China's hydropower installed capacity has reached 230 million kilowatts, ranking first in the world, accounting for 21.8% of the country's installed capacity. At the same time, the frequency of nuclear power with frequent restart signals was 12.57 million kilowatts last year, which accounted for 1.19% of the installed capacity.

Last year, the combined installed capacity of wind power and solar power was 4,505 kilowatts and 214 kilowatts, respectively.
