Relying on this, Fujian Province decided to build a large-scale aluminum industrial chain processing park to improve the province's aluminum processing industry chain, and cultivate and develop the formation of aluminum processing industry clusters, and promote the further development of the local economy.

According to relevant investigations by the leaders of China Aluminum Corporation and experts from Luoyang Nonferrous Metals Processing and Design Institute, the aluminum industry chain processing park has been selected to be located in Bili Township, Luoyuan County. It has now set aside 6,000 acres from the south section of Luoyuanwan Industrial Park. Land as an industrial park site. At the same time, Chinalco Ruiqi Company has provided Fuzhou with a list of key customers, and organized several investment attraction teams with the municipal economic commission, the Municipal Machinery and Metallurgy Office, Luoyuan County, and will visit key customers in Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Jiangxi.
