Sand casting forming technology for automobile casting

The tide mold shape has been hand-tightened by a shock + compaction and compaction → high pressure + micro-shock compaction → gas-shock compaction → static pressure compaction several development stages.

The essence of static pressure modeling technology is “pre-compacting + compaction in gas”, which has the following advantages: clear contour of casting, high and uniform surface hardness, small draft angle, high utilization rate of formwork, and low wear of process equipment. The mold has a low surface roughness and a low mold rejection rate. Therefore, it is the latest and most advanced modeling process, and has become the mainstream compact process.

At present, the high-pressure molding and single air-punching styling have gradually been replaced by static pressure molding. The original high-pressure molding line and air-pressure molding line host have been gradually updated to the static pressure molding host, and the new foundry is preferred to adopt static pressure modeling technology. At present, the more famous manufacturers of static pressure molding equipment in foreign countries include Germany's KW Company, HWS Company and Italy Savoy Company.

Most domestic automobile foundry manufacturers use equipment manufactured by HWS or KW, such as FAW Foundry, Dongfeng Automobile Foundry, Shanghai Shengdeman Casting Co., Ltd., East China Taikexi, Shanxi Sanlian, Guangxi Yuchai, Wuxi Diesel Engine Factory.

Emergency LED drivers are designed specifically for light fixtures . These emergency backup drivers regulate the power supplied to the LED fixture the same way normal drivers do , but they operate off of a battery instead of line voltage . Because they operate off a battery the light output isn't as bright as the fixture normally would produce , but it will be just enough in an emergency situations . Most of our emergency LED drivers have a maximum emergency operation time of 120 minutes .
