On February 25, Yuguang ’s gold and lead recycled lead resource recycling and high-efficiency clean production technology transformation project resumed on the first day, and the project site was busy.

Walking into the project site, the air smelled of disinfectant water.

Although it has just been resumed, the welder Yang Xingxun, who is in charge of the welding task of the main smelting plant, has entered a tense and busy working state. He told the author: "When entering the project site, the staff must wear masks, measure body temperature, disinfection, and must wear gloves to work. This is the need for epidemic prevention and control."

"No matter how tight the construction period is, the epidemic prevention and control will always be the first." Wang Yongjun, deputy general manager of Yuguang Gold and Lead Co., Ltd., said that at present all returnees to the project site must provide the construction unit certificate, health certificate of residence and epidemic commitment book. In order to create isolation conditions that meet the standard, the project department has set up an isolation observation room to ensure the safety of epidemic prevention and control after resumption of work. In various areas of the project construction, the author saw that all staff were spraying disinfectant. Wang Yongjun told the author that both outdoor construction and scattered operations require workers to maintain a safe distance when working. The project department specially set up a disinfection team, disinfected twice a day, and established relevant account books for future reference.

Wang Yongjun said that before the project started, the company strengthened the connection with the construction unit, strictly reviewed the health status of the returning personnel, and grasped the epidemic prevention and control on one hand, and safety in production on the other, both correct and promoted.

"More than 200 local employees of Jiyuan, who arrived today, are immediately involved in the project construction. Everyone is holding their hands and working hard to complete the time." At the project site, Wang Yongjun introduced to the author as he walked.

At the construction site, workers wearing masks work in an orderly manner. The sounds of welding, cutting, and grinding are intermittent, intertwined with the roar of construction machinery, and they are tense and orderly.

"This project is a big chunk. The main workshop has been delivered and installed before the Spring Festival. The main equipment is basically installed and 90% of the civil works are completed." Wang Yongjun said that the current work is focused on roads, anti-corrosion, drainage, pipelines, truss lifting and other projects.

The total investment of Yuguang Gold and Lead Recycling Lead Technical Reform Project was 1.927 billion yuan. Construction started in July 2017 and was listed as a provincial and municipal key project. According to the planning and design, the project will comprehensively improve the level of production equipment, process quality, environmental protection, emission reduction, intelligence and comprehensive utilization of resources, to build a 100 billion-level non-ferrous metal circular economy industrial cluster in our city, promote transformation and development, Calling "Jiyuan Manufacturing" is of great significance.

Wang Yongjun said: "The project was originally planned to be completed and put into operation in May this year, and now there is a large gap in the resumption of personnel. How to achieve an orderly resumption of production is our current key consideration.

"We are looking for ways to speed up the pace of resumption of work, and strive to" snatch "time out." Wang Yongjun said that the company is actively coordinating the return of foreign employees to work, and gradually transferred to full resumption of work.

Due to various levels of logistics outages across the country, the equipment produced outside the country cannot be delivered to the site, and the equipment being processed has also affected the project to varying degrees due to the suspension of the upstream and downstream supporting chain logistics.
