Instructions for use (charger power supply)
1, please charge before use, in order to ensure the charging effect and extend battery life, you need to use a dedicated charger. It takes about 3-4 hours until the empty battery is fully charged. The red light on the charger indicates that it is charging.
2, according to the counter installation height, properly pull out the telescopic discharge rod.
3, specially equipped with a ground wire, one end of the plug into the checker tail jack, the other end of the clip to earth.
4, press the red button, turn on the high voltage for about 1 second, the indicator light (micro flash),
The counter can be gently tapped to connect with the arrester for testing.
5. After each click, the end of the discharge rod should leave the counter. If you need to repeat the test, do not release the button. When the indicator light flashes for 1-2 seconds, you can click the test again.
6, continuous test will cause the calibrator to heat, please pay attention to the appropriate clearance time. To reduce the failure and extend battery life.
7. The calibrator output is divided into three levels: high, medium and low. It can be adjusted by the toggle switch of the head to adapt to test the counters of different types or brands.
8, if the button is still not flashing when the button is pressed for more than 3 seconds, it means that the battery needs to be charged.

The power switch is located between the body and the head, and rotates in any direction by 90 degrees. When a click sounds, it means that the power is turned on, and vice versa. Before use, insert the grounding wire at the tail and connect it to the ground. Pull the head telescopic conductive rod to a suitable length before power is turned on according to the height of the counter. After the power is turned on, the green light is on. When the red light is on (about 3 to 5 seconds), the lightning arrester counter can be tested through the telescopic conductive rod on the head. The instrument can be repeatedly tested without turning off the power (the conductive rod should leave the test piece with each charge). Remember: After the test is completed, turn off the power first, then discharge the head conductive rod to the tail ground before the instrument can be retracted. The instrument is powered by four sections of the No. 1 battery and can be used for more than 2000 discharge tests. If the battery is low, it will extend the charging time and should be replaced promptly. Recommendation: Do not remove the dry battery from the instrument for a long time!
