ECL crane is one of the key equipments of this plant. The four shelling solenoid valves on each crane are imported spare parts, which are not only expensive but also have a long supply period. Once the spare parts cannot be supplied in time, the electrolytic shelling operation will cause certain Impact. In order to solve this problem, the relevant technical personnel and maintenance personnel of the plant actively acted and used the replacement of the shelling frame to carry out the localization transformation of the 6-5# crown car shelling solenoid valve and the original four imported solenoid valves. Replaced by domestically produced solenoid valves, and reformed some of the piping and control lines.

After the transformation, the 6-5# crown car shelling frame was installed and all the technical parameters were met through on-site production inspection. The transformation was successful.
