Foreword
Mechanical engineers in various industries are always looking for more efficient, but lower cost tools. The Iskar team of engineers is fully considerate and continues to upgrade its hole machining solutions. All-round considerations have opened up a question-based thinking model for researching and researching set topics. Achieving high-efficiency hole machining applications requires insight to meet the challenge. Iskar's all-round way of thinking is designed to assist customers in providing cost-effective hole machining solutions during the machining process.
Over the years, Isa's engineers have worked closely with users to find that the application of flat-bottomed holes in the market is growing. A common application is to machine 90° countersunk screw holes and square shoulder holes. The usual processing of flat-bottomed holes is to perform milling or turning after drilling. Prior to drilling, a pre-drilled hole is required to be machined to determine the position for the next step. The center drill is typically a specially shaped drill bit. This process requires at least 2-3 different tools for two different machining operations. To achieve flat bottom hole processing.
Iskar's new FCP interchangeable flat-bottomed drill allows flat-bottom machining with a single flat-bottom drill. With this innovative quick-change tool head, Iskar saves additional processing steps and reduces Processing time for flat bottom holes.
FCP cutter head
This cutter head can be clamped to a standard beam drill (SUMOCHAM) drill pipe. The user does not need to purchase additional drill rods, which allows the user to quickly and easily upgrade the drill bit.
The FCP tip diameter ranges from 8.0 to 25.9 mm and the standard tip diameter is incremented by 0.1 mm based on the integer value. The FCP cutter head is designed with a central drill tip that allows direct drilling of larger depth-to-depth ratios with a drilling depth ratio of less than 5XD and with pilot holes. Because the guide holes are not required, the new cutter head not only shortens the machining cycle, but also reduces the number of tools required for drilling, thus providing significant cost reduction for the customer. (figure 1)

HCP cutter head
In addition to the FCP cutter head, Iska also offers a new patented HCP cutter head, which is considered the first choice for processing ISO-P and ISO-K material groups. This means that a single cutter head can replace the previous two cutter heads, reducing the number of cutter heads and drill rods in stock.
The main advantage of this product is the ability to cut into the workpiece material quickly and efficiently. The unique properties of the concave cutting edge of the cutter head ensure that the drill bit can be smoothly cut into the workpiece material and drilled continuously and briskly. It has been proven that this type of drill can achieve better cylindricity and excellent surface quality. The new HCP cutter head can be clamped to any SUMOCHAM drill pipe with a correspondingly sized positioning groove.
The HCP cutter head is made of IC908 alloy grade with TiAlN PVD nano-coating technology. It has the following characteristics: higher peel resistance; higher wear resistance; stable and predictable wear; suitable for micro-lubrication (MQL) ); high surface quality to be machined; longer tool life.

In addition, Iska also recommended two technical innovation concepts: SUMOCHAM-IQ (Figure 2) and CHAM-IQ-DRILL (Figure 3).

These two series of drills feature a unique concave curved face design cutting edge. Isa's patented cutter head shape reduces the cutting force when the bit is initially in contact with the workpiece material and begins to drill. This type of cutter head does not require a guide hole in the large overhang drilling process. This effectively reduces machining time and reduces tool inventory. And making deep hole drilling in the cavity is not only difficult, but also very simple.
Conclusion
Iskar's new drilling method and all-round thinking on the hole processing method have effectively reduced the processing cost, and Iska also promised to use the new drill bit to achieve high productivity.

Vacuum Glass For Buildings

With the development of modern science and technology and glass technology and the improvement of people's living standards, the function of building glass is no longer just to meet the lighting requirements, but to have the characteristics of light adjustment, thermal insulation, safety (bulletproof, anti-theft, fire prevention, anti radiation, anti electromagnetic interference), art decoration and so on. With the continuous development of demand, the molding and processing methods of glass have also made new development. New High-tech Vacuum Glass have been developed, which has rapidly increased the consumption of vacuum glass for buildings and become the important part of building materials after cement and steel. ICESUN vacuum glass has released a series of Safety Vacuum Glass products including tempered vacuum glass, vacuum composite glass, and low-e vacuum glass for various applications, such as vacuum glass for passive house, for greenhouse, for sunroom, for transportation and so on.
