First, technical operators

These team members are responsible for the technical elements of the rescue, which is the most important factor in the team's working methods.

They will first learn the priorities from the field commander. The priorities are to stabilize the vehicles and the key safety tasks on site before the doctors enter.

They will communicate with field commanders, assist in the development of rescue programs, and provide feedback based on their initial assessment.

Then they will develop a plan in the following order:

1 , ensure that the required complete medical intervention

2. Complete Glass Management

3 , remove any stuck body items to ensure a viable instant rescue solution

4 , create space to facilitate the implementation of rapid rescue program

5. Complete entry to facilitate the implementation of emergency rescue programs

They must always maintain communication with field commanders and physicians.

Second, equipment coordinator

The main role of this team's members is to provide assistance with on-site equipment.

In the initial phase, it must be ensured that the fire-fighting medium is ready. It is usually a fire extinguisher or fire hose on a fire truck.

Place equipment on the tool station as early as possible for technical assistance. This step can be completed when the on-site commander performs the initial investigation, which can reduce the time.

Once the equipment is ready and the technical team starts working, the equipment coordinator can start assisting the technical team or physician.
