Next year, Shanxi coal is expected to increase output by 78 million tons

From January to October 2012, China produced a total of 3.28 billion tons of raw coal, a year-on-year increase of 4.4%; railway transportation capacity growth was limited, and railway coal shipments fell 2.1% year-on-year, indicating that the bottleneck of transportation capacity has disappeared from the total amount. From January to October, the number of hydropower utilization hours increased to 3114, which has exceeded 3028 hours in 11 years. It is estimated that the ratio of out-fired power generation is 2.8 percentage points and the coal consumption exceeds 54 million tons. In addition, the spread of coal at home and abroad has continued to expand since the second quarter of 2012. Imports have hit the domestic market, and sewage coal has begun to decline significantly in the second quarter.

The release of Shanxi's integrated ore mines will be postponed again. In 2013, it is expected to increase output by 78 million tons, mostly in the second half of the year: the statistical integration of the mine's production capacity will be 860 million tons, and each key area will be approximately half. The key integrated mine production capacity has started to be released in 2012 and the annual output is expected to reach 120 million tons, a slight increase from 110 million tons in 11 years. The annual output of local mines is 280 million tons in 11 years. It is inferred that a production capacity of 300-330 million tons will have been formed in 2012, and it is expected to increase the production capacity by 140-200 million tons in the future. This is due to the low proportion of local mining permit holders and the greater impact of local policies. The production schedule is slower than the key integrated mines. It is expected that the consolidation of mines will increase production by approximately 78 million tons in 2013, and production will be more concentrated in 14-15 years.
