Toyota recalled part of the vehicle due to steering wheel steering nut not tightened abroad

Fault location: steering wheel

Overview of defects:

The tightening process of the nut connecting the steering wheel and the steering spindle is not perfect, and may not be fully tightened. If the vehicle is used continuously, the untightened nut vibrates to cause it to sway. In extreme cases, the nut may fall off and the steering wheel may not operate.

Recall measures:

Tighten the nuts of all target vehicles according to the specified torque.
