In the central and northern parts of the south of the Yangtze River and parts of eastern Guizhou, there will be heavy rain and local heavy rain (50~70mm). In addition, on the 29th, the southern Xinjiang Basin, the central and eastern Gansu, and the central and western Inner Mongolia have sand or dusty weather and local dust storms.
