On February 1, the 9th Central Document "No. 1" guiding the work of agriculture, rural areas and farmers since the new century was released. The “Twelfth Five-year Development Plan for Chemical Fertilizer Industry” announced in February this year also puts forward requirements for promoting the development of new fertilizers.
