It is reported that in May, 75,000 tons of unwrought aluminum and aluminum were imported, a decrease of 20.9% year-on-year. The import prices of unwrought aluminum and aluminum products were basically the same as last month, at US$5,133/ton, which was a year-on-year increase of 31.2%. In May, the country’s exports totaled US$157.20 billion, a growth rate that fell by 10.5% from the previous month and fell for two consecutive months. Imports were US$144.1 billion, an acceleration of 6.6% over the previous month.

It is understood that the total import and export volume in May was 301.3 billion U.S. dollars, a surplus of 13 billion U.S. dollars. The average import price increased by 15.9% year-on-year and 1.9% month-on-month. Among them, the import prices of unwrought aluminum and aluminum products were basically the same as last month, at US$5,133/ton, up 31.2% year-on-year.
