After the survey, precipitation of 5 to 25 millimeters occurred in the southeastern part of Qinghai, northwestern Shanxi, northwestern Hebei, etc. , and the soil deficit was improved. Most of the northeastern region, Guangdong and Yunnan experienced more than 10 mm of precipitation, including northeastern Heilongjiang. southeastern Jilin, Liaoning, eastern rainfall of 50 to 100 mm, the soil is too wet or persists.
