At the request of the Henan Provincial Government, the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission recently launched the preparation of the medium and long-term development plan for the industrial system and industrial clusters from 2009 to 2020. The plan includes four major areas: 1. Industrial leading industries; 2. High-tech industries; 3. Modern service industries; 4. Basic industries. Among them, the new materials of the high-tech industry are listed under the super-hard materials and products industry. The plan was drafted by the China Development and Engineering Commission (CIC). From March 23 to 27, 2009, Prof. Zuo Zhenjun, a professor of high-level work and director of the company, Li Zhihong, professor-level senior engineer, secretary of the Superhard Materials Association (employed in the company) and two experts in Henan Province Under the leadership of Gao Yang, the National Development and Reform Commission led Zhengzhou Sanmao, Zhengzhou Huajing, Henan Fu Nike, Zhengzhou Xinya, Zhongnan Jiete, Yalong, Sifangda, Zhengzhou Precision Diamond, and Huanghe Cyclone. Nanyang Zhongnan Company (in order of research and order) and other more than 10 major superhard materials and products enterprises in Henan conducted research and held several seminars to understand the status of research and production of major enterprises, and their status and future in the international and domestic markets.
