1. CNC system
The numerical control system is an important part of the cutting machine. It consists of a computer system, a servo system, a control unit and an actuator.

2. Programming system
The programming system is a computer-aided system for part programming and nesting developed for CNC cutting machines. The entire production process (including auxiliary processes) can be integrated and systematically organized. Users can use the various graphical input methods provided by the system in a mutual question and answer mode to conveniently and flexibly create edited part graphics and realize steel plate nesting. Integrate modern means of production with modern management. The programming machine programs the program on the floppy disk and then enters the control system of the cutting machine, and starts the cutting machine to cut. Simple programming is also possible on the cutting machine.
3. Pneumatic system
The pneumatic system includes various gas supply lines, valves, pressure reducers, pressure gauges, and electromagnetic gas valves. The on/off of each gas path is adjusted in advance and then controlled by the control system to realize automatic on/off.
4. Mechanical operating system
The mechanical operating system consists of a beam, a seat, a speed reduction mechanism, and a lifting mechanism. Due to the realization of automatic control, higher requirements are placed on the accuracy of the mechanical operating system. Such as mechanical running straightness: 10m ± 0.2mm.
